Description
Knit a classic vintage cardigan with our pattern. Long sleeves, a rounded neck with a pretty design, and a flattering fit best describe this cardigan. Originally created using Mary Maxim Homespun or Artic bulky weight yarns, which offered 130 yds per 4 oz skein at the time. Discover our latest selections of bulky yarns in all the latest trending colors! Keep in mind, yardages will vary. We recommend Premier Basix bulky weight yarn! Materials List: Sz 30-32 MC (5 skeins). Sz 34-36 MC (6 skeins). Sz 38-40 MC (7 skeins). All sizes CC1 and CC2 (1 skein each). Also requires knitting needles size U.S. 29" (74 cm) circular size 6 (4.25 mm) and 10.5 (6.50 mm). One set of 6 (4.25 mm) and 10.5 (6.50 mm) needles, and crochet hook size H/8 (5 mm). Fits sizes 30-32-34-36-38-40—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, bind off, stockinette stitch, fair isle knitting method.
