Returns & Exchanges
For over 60 years our customers have been able to shop from Mary Maxim with complete confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our site, we will promptly and cheerfully exchange the item or refund the merchandise value assuming you meet the criteria below. *Please note that Shipping and Processing charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
- All returns must be received within 3 months of original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition.
- Exchanges are subject to a new shipping and processing rate.
- Due to Health Canada Regulations we are unable to accept returns/refunds on bras, underwear and pillows.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

- Gift cards

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
- Replace with the same item

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed when we receive the return.
