Knit this Saranac cardigan for yourself or that special person in your life with our vintage graph-style pattern! Features raglan sleeves and a flat shawl collar. Originally created with Mary Maxim Northland yarn, which had 80 yards per skein at that time. We now offer a great selection of bulky yarns to suit your style, including Mary Maxim Titan. Be aware yardage may be different. Materials List: Sz 38-40 MC Mary Maxim Titan/Northland (40 oz), CC1 (12 oz), CC2 (4 oz). Sz 42 MC (44 oz), CC1 (12 oz), CC2 (4 oz). Sz 44 MC (48 oz), CC1(12 oz), CC2 (4 oz), also requires U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) and 10 (6 mm) needles. Fits sizes 38-40-42-44—Intermediate knit. Create matching sets with Miss/Youth and Child's sold separately.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, increase, decrease, repeat, stockinette stitch, coloured pattern knitting method, fair isle knitting.

The Bernat blanket is soft and easy to work with. Slightly stretchy, stitches are easy to see and frogs without shedding. The school bus yellow I got is the cutest colour!
