Use our vintage pattern to crochet this afghan. Color image scanned from 1960's catalog. Originally made using sportweight yarn, Mary Maxim Mellowspun or Mellowmist had 420 yards per skein. You will find Mary Maxim Mellowspun and all the current sportweight yarn selections on www.marymaxim.com. Please note, yardages and color options have changed. Requires Afghan Hook size J-10 (6 mm). Finished measurements 48" x 68" (122 x 173 cm). This will be a statement piece in your home decor!
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, stockinette stitch, and embroidery stitches.
