Originally designed with Mary Maxim’s best‑selling worsted‑weight yarn, Starlette, which provided 280 yards per 4 oz skein at the time, this project blends comfort, durability, and classic handmade charm. Today, you can still enjoy the soft feel and beautiful stitch definition of Mary Maxim Starlette—along with a wide variety of hues and favorite brands of worsted yarns to help you create a look that’s uniquely yours. A quick reminder: yardage varies between yarns, so be sure to check your labels as you plan your project. Materials List: Worsted weight yarn, Sizes 32-34 (28 oz), Size 36-38 (32 oz), and 29" (73.5 cm) circular knitting needle size 6 (4.25 mm). Fits sizes 32-34-36-38—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, stockinette stitch, repeat, decrease, increase.
