Originally designed for Mary Maxim Mellowspun sport-weight yarn, this afghan adapts beautifully to today's DK yarn selections, including the fan favorite Mellowspun! Keep in mind, yardages will vary. Materials List: MC White (32 oz), Lt Blue (130 yds), Med Blue, Red, Maroon (100 yds ea), Black, Grey (150 yds each), yellow (50 yds), and 36" (91.5 cm) circular needle size U.S. 7 (4.50 mm). Finished size 48 x 68" (122 x 172.5 cm).
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, stockinette stitch, slip, and color changes using fair isle knitting and coloured pattern knitting methods.
