Whip up a charming kitchen essential with this delightful apron pattern! Designed to keep your outfit pristine while you cook up a storm, this knit creation adds a touch of handmade elegance to your culinary adventures. Pair it with matching dishcloths for a coordinated look that's as functional as it is fabulous. This project was created originally for the Mary Maxim Knit club in 2023 using Nova Cotton, #2 fine sportweight yarn, which offered 131 yds per 1.75 oz skein. Materials List: Apron: 5 skeins, Dishcloth 1 ball each colour, stitch markers, cable needle, and a 36" (90 cm) circular needle size 2.5 (3 mm). Finished size 30.5" (wide at bottom edge; 18.5 wide at top, just below waistband and 14.5" long all without stretching and after light blocking. Dishcloths are 9 x 9" (23 x 23 cm). Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, slip, increase, decrease, repeat, place marker, yarn over, SSK, Cable stitches.
