With this Mary Maxim original graph-style pattern, you can knit a charming afghan. Originally knit with Mary Maxim Starlette yarn, a worsted weight with approx 140 yards per 2-ounce skein at the time. Then knit in squares and sewn or crocheted together. With a variety of worsted-weight yarns to choose from today, there are endless possibilities when using this pattern. Keep in mind, yardage may differ. Requires knitting needles size U.S. 8 (5 mm).
Stitch Requirements: Cast on, cast off, knit, purl, repeat, single crochet, fair isle knitting method, coloured pattern knitting.
