Originally crafted with Mary Maxim Titan (80 yds per 3 oz skein) or Northland Wool (90 yds per 3.5 oz skein), this design pairs beautifully with today’s trending bulky yarns—offering both durability and a fresh, modern palette. With its sturdy construction and heirloom‑worthy charm, this cardigan is sure to become a treasured favorite. It’s the perfect go‑to jacket when the seasons shift, wrapping them in warmth, style, and a touch of frontier spirit. Choose one main color and two accent colors for a bold, coordinated look—or simplify the palette by using just two colors. If you opt for only two, be sure to pick up three skeins of CC1 instead of two to ensure you have enough for the design, and change CC2 quantity to zero. Fits children's sizes 8-10-12—Intermediate knit.
