Materials List, All Sizes: 8 oz sport weight yarn, knitting needles size U.S. 5 (3.75 mm), 3 (3.25 mm), and double point size 5 (3.75 mm). Designed using Mary Maxim Mellowspun, which offered 210 yds per 2 oz skein at the time. I love the way this looks! The yarn sometimes feels a bit "waxy" (for want of a better word) but otherwise it is coming together very nicely.
I have made this for my granddaughter. It is beautiful and once you get the hang of the pattern, fairly easy. I made a pillow to match. The blanket, I crocheted a trim around the blanket, one row of each colour. Finished it off beautifully!
