Create cozy checkered slippers (only) using our classic 1960s vintage pattern. Originally designed for Mary Maxim Mellowspun yarn, which provided 420 yards per 4-ounce skein, this timeless design now invites you to explore today’s diverse selection of sportweight yarns in many vibrant colours. Embrace comfort and style with a nostalgic touch! Please note, yardage varies between brands. Slipper sizes include children through adults. To get started, you'll need 4 oz each of MC and CC and knitting needles size U.S. 5 (3.75). Intermediate knit. Slipper patterns PDL2860 and PDL2382 are available to purchase separately.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, cast off, stockinette stitch.

J'adore ce fil et la couleur. J'aurais aimé tricoter une couverture avec Grincheux mais il manquait le rouge qui était plutôt rouge framboise que rouge Père Noël. Le rouge de Caron Simply Soft Party aurait été parfait mais le fil est légèrement plus petit même si on propose la même grosseur d'aiguilles que Starlette Sparkle.
Jolie nappe fleurie et surtout facile d'entretien.
