Knit this afghan using our vintage pattern. Originally made using Mary Maxim Mellowspun, a sport-weight yarn, which had 420 yards per 4-oz skein at the time. You will find Mary Maxim Mellowspun and all the current sport-weight yarn selections here. Please note, yardages may have changed. Materials List: MC (24 oz), CC (12 oz), knitting needle size 36" (91 cm), size U.S. 9 (5.50 mm). Finished size 48 x 68" (122 x 173 cm).
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, cast on, cast off, repeat, increase, decrease.
