Description
Knit this blanket with our vintage pattern for your little bundle of joy. An eyelet effect, formed by an easy "yarn over" stitch with a lacy ruffled edge. A dainty addition to baby's layette. Knit originally in white, with Mary Maxim Twinkle, a super-soft fingering weight yarn that offered 175 yards per 1 oz skein at the time. We have a lovely selection of fingering weight yarns in today's modern colors, and you're sure to find just the right one for your project! Also requires knitting needles size 6 (4 mm). Finished size 34" square.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, slip stitch, stockinette stitch, increase, decrease, work even as set, through the back loop, repeat, place marker.
