Crochet this jacket with our vintage pattern. This lacy cardigan provides just enough warmth for cool summer days. Sizes 6, 9, or 12 months. Originally created with Mary Maxim Twinkle yarn which offered 175 yards per 1 oz skein at the time. With the wide variety of fingering weight yarns available today, the options are endless. Keep in mind yardage varies. Requires crochet hook size 4 (1.75 mm).

I love this yarn! I have been using it for many projects for over 10 years and have never had a failure in the end result. It is easy to knit with and turns into beautiful wash and wear garments. I love the way a machine wash and dry brings it back to life. My husband has been wearing his “neighbourly sweater” almost daily for about 10 years. I love this yarn! Crocheting with black yarn can be challenging, but the sparkle helps me see my stitches. The yarn is soft, including the sparkle part of the yarn (unlike some other brands that feel scratchy). All in all, I'm impressed and will begoing back to purchase more.

Have to make certain of what colours I am to knit and then it will be time to knit this. The young girl I am knitting this for dies not like the puck on the front of the sweater, so it will not be included
