This was created with Mary Maxim's best-selling worsted weight yarn, Mary Maxim Starlette (220 yds). The Mr Snowman stocking will add a sense of charm and nostalgia to your holiday decor. Make it for your family to treasure for a lifetime! Materials List: MC Med Blue 4 oz (2 skeins), White (80 yds), Green (15 yds), Red (10 yds), Orange (10 yds), Black (10 yds), knitting needles size U.S. 8 (5 mm). Finished size: approx. 22". I generally prefer natural fibres to knit with but sometimes, as in the case with some family members, they can’t be used. This Premier Anti Pilling Bamboo is far superior to competing brands. I was pleasantly surprised by how soft it feels to the hands and how beautifully the finished jacket drapes.My only negative is the color palette. I love the two colours I chose (lobster blue & the soft earl grey) but I’m not impressed with the rest…a washed out selection. The grey has a gorgeous pearly quality seldom found in greys. If some nicer colours are introduced this will be my go-to chunky yarn every time!

The Yarn was everything that I expected, soft and it didn’t split.I needed that colour to finish a project and I was pleased with the results.For sure I will be ordering more in the future.Thank you Mary Maxim for providing this yarn in Canada.
