Designed using Mary Maxim Starlette worsted-weight yarns that offered 140 yds per skein at the time. We have an unbeatable selection of worsted-weight yarns in all their favorite colours, including Mary Maxim Starlette! Keep in mind yardage may vary between brands. Materials List: Mary Maxim Starlette (5 skeins), knitting needle sizes 5 (3.75 mm), and 8 (5 mm). Fits sizes 2, 4, and 6—Intermediate knit. Other patterns and sizes PDL2521 & PDL2511, and PDL2515 sold separately.

This sweater is a fun knit and a bit challenging when doing the colourwork in Intarsia. I really enjoyed the process and I'm especially happy to get it as a kit with the pattern from Mary Maxim. The cardigan will be very warm to wear on cold days. The pattern is easy to follow and the yarn knits up quickly. FYI there is a very popular Facebook Group for Support for knitters making this sweater. It's called Project Hail Mary Fox Sweater Knitting Support. Many people who have never knit before have made this cardigan and they can ask as many questions as they like on the FB group. Thanks Mary Maxim for supporting us knitters and bringing this kit out in a superwash wool (we're so excited) and also just recently a crochet kit in very large sizes (people are swooning!).
