Using our classic knit children's slippers pattern from 1960, craft these slippers—originally knit with Mary Maxim Starlette worsted weight yarn, which offered 280 yds per skein at that time. You'll find a wonderful selection of worsted-weight yarns in today's modern colors, including Mary Maxim Starlette. Please note that yardage and color options may have changed. Pattern includes children's sizes small, medium, and large. Requires 8 oz worsted-weight yarn, and knitting needles size U.S. 9 (5.5 mm). Fits children's sizes S-M-L—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, slip stitch, stockinette stitch, increase, decrease, repeat, work as set, place marker.
