Knit this cardigan with our vintage graph-style pattern. Color image scanned from 1960s catalog! This timeless design was originally knit with Mary Maxim Artik or Mary Maxim Homespun bulky-weight yarns, and both had 130 yards per skein. We suggest Mary Maxim Titan yarn from our current bulky weight yarn selection! Note, yardage differences. Materials List: Sz 32-34 (7 skeins), Sz 36-38 MC (8 skeins), Sz 40-42 (8 skeins). CC1 & CC2 all sizes (1 skein each), 8 buttons, knitting needles size U.S. 24" Circular needle sizes 6 (4.25 mm) and 10.5 (6 mm), and double point needles size 10.5 (6.50 mm). Fits sizes 32-34-36-38-40-42—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Fair isle knitting method, knit, purl, stockinette stitch, repeat, decrease, increase, slip, cast on, bind off.
