Use our vintage pattern to knit the Ladies' Car Coat. Color image scanned from 1960s catalog! Perfect for any season! Knit from the neck down, raglan sleeves, button front. Originally knit with Mary Maxim Titan Orlon Wintuk bulky weight yarn, which had 80 yards per skein. Discover all the amazing brands we carry in bulky weights, including Mary Maxim Titan! Materials List: Sz 34-36 bulky yarn (12 skeins), worsted Weight ( 4 oz). Sz 38-40 bulky weight (13 skeins), worsted weight (4 oz), 29" (74 cm) knitting needle size 9 (5.50) and set of needles size 5 (3.75 mm). Fits sizes 34-36-38-40—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, bind off, stockinette stitch.
