Crochet a classic Delft Blue Afghan with our graph-style pattern. The design is cross-stitched onto each square once the square has been completed. Bring a sense of history into your home as you snuggle into its cozy softness! Designed using Vanna's Choice worsted weight yarn that offered 170 yds per 3.5 oz skein (solids), and 145 yds/3 oz for Mist. Discover a world of colors and shades of worsted yarns, to create your project in, please keep in mind yardage differences. We recommend Red Heart Super Saver for this project! Materials List: Vanna's Choice White (6 balls), Denim Mist (6 balls), Solid Blue (2 balls), Afghan Hook size U.S. H/8 (5 mm), and crochet hook size H/8 (5 mm). Finished size 46 x 60" (117 x 152.5 cm)—Intermediate crochet.

I love the way this looks! The yarn sometimes feels a bit "waxy" (for want of a better word) but otherwise it is coming together very nicely.
I have made this for my granddaughter. It is beautiful and once you get the hang of the pattern, fairly easy. I made a pillow to match. The blanket, I crocheted a trim around the blanket, one row of each colour. Finished it off beautifully!
