The printing technique of this bulky-weight, self-striping yarn allows for some of the cream base to show through and features hand-painted-style colour transitions for a unique gradient effect. Made from 100% acrylic, this yarn is perfect for scarves, stylish sweaters, and statement accessories. The smooth fiber allows for easy knit or crochet stitching while maintaining rich colour saturation. Machine washable and dryable for effortless upkeep. 164 yds (150 m) per 5.3 oz (150 gm) ball. Suggested gauge: 11 sts & 14 rows to 4" (10 cm) on size 8.0 mm needles. Yarn Weight: 5-Bulky.

I enjoyed knitting this blanket because it was not boring. Each color change was different and each set of patterns didn't go on too long. It was a pleasure to knit compared to other blankets I've knit. Also it's a nice large size and very soft.

This pattern turned out perfectly. The finished item worked out to the finished measurements and the wool washed and dried beautifully.
I finished it in time for the baby’s arrival.
However I did have a problem starting the pattern….which was my problem and not the directions. I ended up re-writing the directions myself. I could not get my brain around the way the pattern was written…..confusing to me. But once I re-wrote I was up and running.
It is a beautiful baby blanket and I think it will be cherished.

The pattern for the cardigan was received without the other patterns .i paid the full amount for all patterns offered . I recieved the cardigan pattern and the eight balls of wool and nothing else. Are the other patterns on back order ?
