Description
Knit a cap sleeve cardigan, also called V-Neck Topper. Color image scanned from 1960s catalog. Originally, 4 balls of Mary Maxim Angel Spun, 2 oz (250 yds) brushed sport-weight yarn was used for the sizes shown. You can find our current selections of sport-weight yarn here. We recommend Mary Maxim Mellowspun! Keep in mind, yardage will vary between brands. Materials List: MC (3 balls), knitting needles size 3 (3.25 mm) and 5 (3.75 mm). Fits sizes 32-34-36-38—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, cast on, bind off, stockinette stitch.

Absolutely LOVE Bernat Blanket Yarn. It’s super soft and is simple to wash. It’s the only yarn I use when making blankets to give for the senior citizens through a group called ‘Smiles for Seniors’. I love Mary Maxim for the fabulous prices on the yarn. I stock up when I see it on sale as each blanket takes a minimum of 5 large skeins. Many thanks for continuing to carry it.
