Back has no design work. Originally worked in Mary Maxim Double Knitting yarn (170 yards per 2 oz skein). Browse our colourful sport‑weight yarns to find the combo that speaks to you. Yardages may vary. We recommend Mary Maxim Mellowspun, it’s the perfect blend of softness and structure. Fits ladies' sizes 34-36-38—Intermediate knit.

This sock yarn is so "silky smooth" to work with. It's so easy to untangle (rarely does this happen), doesn't shed fibres and your end product looks "machine made" because your stitches come out so evenly. And the colours are so vibrant..especially for wearing during summer months. I recommend buying all of the colours - it's like diving into a bowl of fresh fruit! Enjoy!

I have been using Patons yarn for many years. Originally my favourite was Patons Decor. It was discontinued. I tried several yarns before settling on Patons Canadiana as a replacement. It is easy to crochet with and I am happy with how my projects (mostly afghans) look and feel when completed. The great colour range is an added bonus.
