Create a cozy pair of mittens bursting with classic Fair Isle charm using this delightful pattern! Originally crafted for the Mary Maxim Knit Club in 2016, it was created with Mary Maxim Northland worsted-weight yarn, which provided 180 yards per 3.5 oz skein at the time. Watch intricate colorwork come to life as you stitch your way to a gorgeous, heirloom-quality accessory that'll have everyone asking where you got such a fabulous pair! Materials List: Grey Marl 1 skein, Red 1 skein, set of 4 double-point needles sizes U.S. 6 (4 mm), 7 (4.50 mm), and stitch markers. Measure across the palm - fits sizes Small: Women 4" (10 cm), Lg: Men 4.5" (11.5 cm). Length of wrist to the top of finger: Small: Women 7" (17.5 cm), Lg: Men 8" (20.5 cm)—Intermediate knit.
Stitch Requirements: Knit, purl, repeat, increase, decrease, place marker, cast on, cast off, colour changes.

Love it so much I got another one!
Absolutely LOVE Bernat Blanket Yarn. It’s super soft and is simple to wash. It’s the only yarn I use when making blankets to give for the senior citizens through a group called ‘Smiles for Seniors’. I love Mary Maxim for the fabulous prices on the yarn. I stock up when I see it on sale as each blanket takes a minimum of 5 large skeins. Many thanks for continuing to carry it.
