Knitter's Pride Cubics Knitting Needles are created with densified laminated wood. This material is more costly and much harder than either ebony or rosewood. Unlike in other wooden needles, water absorption in Symfonie wood needles is negligible and, as a result, there is no chance of warping. They have a cuboid shape in the body of the needle that gradually gives way to perfectly tapered birch wood points. The ergonomic shape is comfortable to hold, lessens the need to grip tightly, and yields uniform stitch formation. The densified, laminated wood is rich in appearance, yet it is also lightweight, strong, flexible, and warm to the touch. The same property makes these needles very strong, enables the points to be sharp and provides a lifetime of pleasurable use, if handled correctly. Sizes: 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5 & 8.0 mm.
