- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from our catalogue, return the item, in resaleable condition, within 6 months and we will promptly and cheerfully exchange the item or refund your money. Returns can even be made at any of our retail outlets. Receipts/invoices must accompany items being returned.

- Occasionally we make portions of our customer mailing list available to carefully screened companies and organizations whose products we feel might be of interest to you. - Duplicate Catalogues
- To eliminate duplicate mailings, send us all the mailing labels on the back cover of your catalogues and indicate which address label is correct. We will correct our mailing list.
- Methods of Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and prepaid Visa, MasterCard as payment for your internet orders. At this time we are unable to accept VisaDebit or MasterCardDebit cards, but we are working on it. Please check back later and hopefully we will be able to accept this type of card in the future.
